Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #235: Anything Goes

Hello and welcome to this week's Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge.  This week anything goes!  It is always so much fun to see what everyone makes since your projects are totally up to you.  I decided to make this treat bag.  Unfortunately, my job is being eliminated and my last day is September 30th.  I wanted to make some of these treat bags for my co-workers who have been so amazing to work with.  I will really miss everyone and wanted to make one last treat for them before I leave on Wednesday.

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #232 - 3D Project

Welcome!  I hope you all had a very happy Labor Day.  I enjoyed not setting my alarm for 3 days. 

Our challenge this week at Die Cuttin' Divas is to make a 3D Project.  I really enjoy making 3D projects so this challenge was especially fun for me.
I can't take credit for the design of this project.  I saw this on YouTube and thought it was cute so I just had to try to make some.  Here is the link to Linda Parker's video (who is the creator of this design) in case you want to check out how to make this mug:

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #231 - Sketch Challenge

Happy Tuesday everyone!!  This week's Die Cuttin' Divas challenge is a sketch challenge.  I sometimes have a problem with the sketch challenges because it usually takes me a while to come up with something to use for the sketch.  Since I just got this die and stamp this week, this month's sketch challenge was much easier for me than usual.  Here is the sketch we are using:

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #229 Celebrate it!

Hello everyone and welcome to this week's Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge.  This week our theme is Celebrate it!  We can make a project for any type of celebration.  Since I have a lot of birthdays in August, I decided to make a birthday card using Cricut Design Space.  I kept it very simple.

I used Cricut Design Space (Artfully Sent Cartridge)
to cut out the word Birthday and then used 
my Cricut Explore to write "wishes".

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #224: National Ice Cream Month

Hello and welcome to this week's Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge.  This week we are celebrating National Ice Cream Month!  I love almost any type of ice cream but chocolate is my all time favorite. Here is my card for this week:
When I made this card, I used a technique I saw on www.brandyscards.com.  She used her paper crimper on the background paper and then used an ink pad to color over the crimped paper. Here's the recipe for my card:

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #217 Baby Love (Baby Theme)

Hello and happy Tuesday.  It's time for another Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge.  This week's theme is Baby Love.  I made this card for one of the girls I work with who recently had her second baby girl.  Her labor progressed so fast that she ended up having the baby in the elevator on the way to the maternity ward!  What a funny story she will have to tell her daughter some day.  Thankfully both mom and baby were just fine (and she saved the cost of the delivery fee!).  Her husband was amazing through the whole thing.
