Cut It Up Challenge #254 - Magical Creatures

Hello Crafters! Happy Friday to all of you. I'm looking forward to a nice weekend here in CA. My husband and I are going out for a date night tonight and we are going to a restaurant that has a Maine lobster special. It's not often we get Maine lobster out here. If they do have it, it is usually really expensive so we are happy they are having a special this weekend.

This week at Cut It Up our challenge is Magical Creatures. Our awesome sponsor, Oddball Art, gave the design team digital stamps for this challenge. I picked the mermaid for my card:

Paper: Recollections
Digi Mermaid Stamp: Oddball Art
Oval Die: My Creative Time
Sentiment: My Creative Time
Oval scallop punch: Stampin' Up!
Sequins: Michaels
Pens for coloring: Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers

As I mentioned, our sponsor this week is:

Prize: $10 coupon code issued to the winner to be used in our Digi Shop
Website: www.oddballartco.com

I hope you will join our challenge. Remember to use a die cut on your project. You can check out all the other amazing design team posts at Cut It Up.

Cut It Up Challenge #253 - For the Guys / Fathers’ Day - Tic Tac Toe

Hello Crafters! It's almost the weekend and I'm excited. Why does it seem that the short work weeks always feel longer? I think because we are trying to do 5 days worth of work in 4 days!

This week our Cut It Up challenge is: For the Guys / Fathers’ Day - Tic Tac Toe. We all made projects based on this tic tac toe board:

For my project, I used the middle row  - Blue, Ticket, Favorite Sport. I made a Father's Day card for my husband. He is truly a baseball fan. I like baseball too but I love football.

 Paper: Simple Stories and Recollections

Sentiment: Close To My Heart
Bats and Ball dies: Stampin' Up
Dots: Carta Bella
Ink: Ranger

Our awesome sponsors for this challenge are:

Lawn Fawn

Prize: $25 gift card

And
