Cricut Cardz Challenge #80

Cricut Cardz Challenge #80 - Since we're heading for the favorite, fun holiday of Fourth of July we're celebrating by using the symbol of our country's FREEDOM the American flag for our challenge #80 this week. You can use any Cricut cartridge for the flag for your new designed card.

For my card I used paper from DCWV Summer Stack.  I cut out the children with the flags from A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge.  I cut  the star out using George and Basic Shapes Cricut Cartridge.  The stamp and ink are from Close to My Heart.  I used a white gel pen to add the stitching around the edge of the card.  Thank you for stopping by my blog and I hope all of you have a wonderful 4th of July!!

Paper Cutz Challenge #97

For Paper Cutz Challenge #97, make a card, LO or craft using the colors pink, orange and white ONLY. You may also use a small amount of black, and any theme you'd like.

For my card I cut out the flower using the Cindy Loo Cricut Cartridge at 4".  The paper is from DCWV and Colorbok.  The ribbon is from Michaels and the buttons I bought at Joanns.  Thanks for taking a look.

My Creative Time Throwback Thursday "Cricutless Challenge"

Here are the details for this challenge:
*** This is a "CRICUTLESS" Challenge! Meaning, you are not allowed to use your cricuts, imagines, e2's or your gypsy girls! Basically, we are taking it back "Old School"! You are totally allowed to use punches &/or your cuttlebug!
*** Follow the sketch below, it doesn't have to be "Exact", do the best you can!
Here is the sketch to follow!
This was hard for me because I love to use my Cricut when I make cards but here is what I came up with.  I used a Martha Stewart border punch and the paper was from my scraps.  The ribbon is from Michaels.  The butterfly is from K & Company.  The stamp is from Hero Arts and the punch is from Family Treasures.  I used ink from Stampin up to stamp my card.  Thanks for stopping by.

Graduation Card

I made this graduation card for my friend's daughter who is graduating from high school next week.  I have known her since she was born and she is like a niece to me.  I still can't believe she is old enough to graduate from high school!!  Congrats Michelle!!  So proud of you.

For this card I used DCWV card.  The background paper was in my stash so not sure where it is from.  I cut the cap and diploma out using A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge (cut at 1.75").  I used Stickles to decorate the cap and diploma.  The rhinestones are from Studio 18.  The stamp is from Anna Griffin and the black ink is from Stampin Up.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.
