Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #283 - Baby

Happy Tuesday and welcome to this week's Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge.  This week we are making baby projects.  I decided to make a baby boy card because I was out of them.

Scallop Die: My Creative Time
Carriage stamp: Impress Rubber Stamps
