Cut It Up Challenge #277 - Ribbons and Bows

Hello crafters! This week seemed to fly by quickly. I'm ready for another weekend. I'll be seeing some friends on Saturday and can't wait. It's been a while since I've seen them and we always laugh when we are together.

 This week our Cut It Up challenge is Ribbons and Bows. I needed another birthday card (don't we always need birthday cards??) so I made this card:
