Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge - Tic Tac Toe

Hello everyone!  I hope you had a very happy Memorial Day.  The weather was not great here again but it sure was nice having 3 days off.  Anytime I don't have to set my alarm is a good day to me. :)

This week our Die Cuttin' Divas challenge is to make a project based on this Tic Tac Toe Grid:

Here is the project I made for the challenge.  I decided to use a 3D project, scallops, and gems.
