Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you all had a good weekend. Mine was lots of fun. I went to dinner at one of my co-workers homes (she had 8 of the girls from work over because her husband and son are traveling in Europe right now). We had the best time. There was good food and great conversations. It was so nice to get together outside of work.
On to our challenge this week, which is a sketch challenge based on this sketch:
Here is the card I made. I have a friend who is a pumpkin spice fanatic so I'm going to send this card to her with a Starbucks gift card so she can get a pumpkin spice latte! I personally don't care for them but when the peppermint mocha coffees come out closer to Christmas, I'll definitely get one of those!

I was totally craving peppermint mocha coffee last year and couldn't remember where I had gotten one in the past. Now I'll know - Starbucks! I don't usually like their coffee -- too bitter for me. I prefer Dunkin' Donuts' coffee. But, I love your card! So cute there's a pumpkin stem on the coffee cup! :)

Sounds like a Fabulous weekend! So good to hear you got together with some co-workers to just chill & have FUN! That's always a good thing! And your card is so CUTE! LOVE the latte! I'm sure your friend will LOVE this adorable card! Great take on the sketch! :)
ReplyDeleteI think my hubby is cutting me off on the pumpkin everything! hahahaha We went to Vegas yesterday for a Dr. Appt. and I HAD to stop at several different stores trying to find New Pumpkin treats to try... I found some.. but stopped myself from going overboard again... I just bought a pumpkin Spice pancake mix which we had tonight for dinner! LOL I found the Pumpkin Pie Rice Krispy treats and they are soooo GOOD! But we went to 6 different wally worlds in Vegas and couldn't find them!! (DANG IT) I have been drinking the Starbucks Pumpkin Latte flavored Cold Coffee... it's dang good too! The funny thing is... I only do it this one time of year - It's not like you can find all this yummy pumpkin stuff any other time of the year... Am I right? LOL It's ALL in good fun!! I hope you have a great week!!! :)
