Cut It Up Challenge #231 - Create your on background paper

Hello Crafters! I hope all of you are staying cool this summer. The awful humidity that we were experiencing the past couple of weeks has finally left. I was not sorry to see it go and our weather is much better now.

This week, our Cut It Up Challenge is to create your own background paper.  I have to tell you, I was not feeling very creative this week so I looked around on Pinterest and found this card on there. I knew I had this stamp set so I decided to make this card.

Paper: Stampin Up

Stamps and die: Stampin Up Half Full stamps set (I stamped and colored the wine bottle then cut it out on my Brother Scan N Cut to make it a die cut.

Ink: Stampin Up Whisper White

Sequins: Michaels

Markers for coloring: Spectrum Noir
