Cut It Up Challenge #228 - Fourth of July

Hello crafters! Summer showed up in southern CA this week and it has been hot, hot, hot.

As of yesterday, we are fully opened up in CA. I'm excited and a little nervous about not wearing a mask. We are later than most states with opening up. Some of my friends have told me in about a week I won't even remember wearing a mask! I am meeting a friend for drinks tonight and it will be amazing to be able to see friends again in person whenever we want to.

Our Cut It Up challenge this week is Fourth of July. It's hard to believe it is almost July! Here is the card I made:

Background paper: American Crafts

Plain paper: Stampin' Up

Popsicle stamp (cut on Brother Scan n Cut): Stampin Up

Tag dies: My Creative Time

Sentiment: My Creative Time

Circle Punch: EK Success

Star sequins: Michaels

Our awesome sponsor this week is:

Prize: June 2021 Card kit
Website: http://www.scrap-room.com

I hope you will join our challenge. Please stop by and check out all the other amazing design team posts at Cut It Up.

Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by my blog!

  2. I feel ya on the HEAT! It's been 111 - 112 here ugh! I guess that's why they call it the desert! LOL
I actually started crafting again! Yeah Me! I've been making home decor projects for months, so I can dress up this place, but now I'm working on cards! I've already got 30 Christmas cards made and have been making B-Day cards for my stash! Maybe I'll finally find some time to start posting again? We'll See... :)
I'm glad your state has finally opened up... the fresh air will be nice along with hanging with friends again!
I totally adore your card - It's super cute with the popsicle - Have a great weekend!
