I decided to make a Halloween card for this challenge since Halloween isn't that far off:

Circle: Cut on my Brother Scan N' Cut

Dies and stamps: Stampin' Up Googly Ghouls

Markers for coloring: Spectrum Noir

Ink: Stampin' Up Basic Black
