Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #249 ~ Hot Cocoa...We Love You...Yum!

Happy Tuesday and welcome to this week's Die Cuttin' Divas challenge - Hot Cocoa!  I love hot cocoa and I love it with lots of whipped cream on top.  When I saw this cup with whipped cream I knew I had to use it for my card:
