Cut It Up Challenge #209 - Happy Fall Y'All with 3+ Layers

Hello crafters! It sure is hot and dry here in San Diego. That's a dangerous combination for the fires we are having in CA. The destruction is so devastating. Cooler temps are coming so hopefully that will help the firefighters get things under control. They truly are heroes. I hope all of you are staying safe no matter what part of the country or world you live in.

O.k., our Cut It Up Challenge this week is to make a fall project with 3+ layers.  Fall is my favorite time of the year, I even got married in October (I was living in NJ at the time and the leaves were so pretty in our pictures). Here is the card I made for our challenge:

Paper: Simple Stories and DCWV
Sentiment: Cardz TV Stamps
Pumpkin Die: Hot Off The Press
Sequins: Michaels
Banner punch: Stampin' Up
Burlap: Michaels
Markers for coloring: Spectrum Noir

Our awesome sponsor this week is:

Prize: $50 gift voucher
Website: https://creativeembellishments.com/

I hope you will join our challenge this week. Please stop by and check our all the other amazing design team posts at Cut It Up.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and stay safe.

  1. What a wonderful fall card! This is fall at its best with the browns and orange. What is more autumn than a pumpkin and burlap; simply perfect!

  3. Hi Leslie! This card is wonderful! I love your layering choices, the colored image and the burlap knocks it out of the park! Really lovely!
    Take care!
