Paper Cutz Challenge #80

This challenge was to make a card, LO or craft project for Spring using any colors.  My base card and paper are from DCWV.  This stamp was given to me by my friend Ann and it is from Daisy Kingdom.  I colored in the stamp with my chalks and then used Fun Flock (Cotton Ball White) by Stampendous on the bunnies (kind of hard to see the flocking).  I used Stickles on each of their shirts.  The stamp and ink for my sentiment are from Close to My Heart.  Thanks for stopping by.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #63

The challenge for this week is to make a card for St. Patrick's Day, using any cartridges or colors you'd like, but NO Shamrocks!  I cut the beer mug out at 3.25 inches using Smiley Cards Cartridge.  For my card I used DCWV paper for the base, Colorbok paper for the background and My Mind's Eye Home paper underneath my sentiment.  I punched the border pattern with a Fiskars border punch.  For the beer mug, I used DCWV Glitter cardstock matstack.  I embossed the foam on the beer using Divine Swirls embossing template and my Cuttlebug.  The buttons are Button Ups from Sticko.  For the sentiment, I used Segoe Script at 16 pt.   Hope all of you have a Happy St. Patrick's Day and thanks for stopping by my blog!

Cricut Card Challenge #62 and Linda's Creativity Challenge

For this challenge we were to use a cup image from any cartridge and use any colors.  I cut the mug out from Gypsy Wanderings.  It's hard to see but I cut the heart out again and used pop dot to raise it up a bit.  The pattern paper I used is from Basic Grey, the solid paper is from DCWV, and the ribbon is from Michaels.  I embossed the light blue in my Cuttlebug using the Seeing Spots embossing template.  The stamp is from the Friendly Greetings set by Hero Arts.  For Linda's Creativity Challenge, the project had to have embossing on it.

Paper Cutz Challenge #79

This challenge was to make a project for a child with a Western theme.  My cowboy is from the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge.  The cardstock is from Michaels, the background paper is from DCWV.  The ink is from Close to my Heart and Colorbox Fluid Chalk.  The stamp is from Scrappy Moms Stamps (Simple Sentiments).

Cardz TV "All about Spring" Challenge

This challenge was to create a project that makes us think of Spring.  When St. Patrick's Day arrives I know it is only a few days until Spring arrives so I decided to make a St. Patrick's Day card for this challenge.  I used an A2 card, the background paper is from DCWV, the  stamp is from Michaels and then I used chalk to color it in.  The rhinestones are adhered using the irock tool from Imaginisce.  The ribbon is from Michaels. I used Warm Green Color Box fluid chalk inkpad to ink around the edges of the white mat.  The sentiment is printed from my computer (Segoe Script 16") and then punched out using an EK Success punch.  Thanks for taking a look!

My Pinkalicious Blog Hop Friday Challenge

For this challenge we had to use black with any other colors of our choice.  My favorites are pink and green together so I made this simple card.  I used the Sweet Treats cartrdige for the flower.  I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the black paper, the ribbon is from Michaels.  Of course I had to use Stickles on the center of my flower (it is hard to see in the picture).  The stamp is from Robyn's Family & Friends stamp set.  Thanks for taking a look.

Valentine Treat Boxes (Thank you Mary at Cardz TV!)

I made some homemade chocolates for Valentine's Day and was trying to find something cute to put the bags in when I give them to my coworkers.  Mary over at Cardz TV (http://www.cardztv.blogspot.com/) has an awesome video on her blog that shows how to make these cute treat holders using the Sweet Treats cartridge.  These are my version of what she made.  Thanks for stopping by and Happy Valentine's Day to all of you.

My Creative Time Throwback Thursday Challenge (Just Because Cards with stamped sentiment)

For this card I used the Just Because Cards cartridge to cut out the pig and pink background mat.  I ran the pink mat through the Cuttlebug to emboss it.  The card base is kraft paper from Paper Trey Inc.  The green background paper is from K & Co. (Marcella).  I used a black pen for stitching and a white gel pen to add the dots around the edge.  Hard to see it but I put Stickles on his feet and tail.  The "Hello" stamp is from Hero Arts and was stamped using Close to my Heart Blush stamp pad.  Thanks for stopping by to take a look.
